Hello, I'm Courtney!
For years I stayed in a position with a company that didn't align with my career goals or core values. I was miserable, watching the clock every day and dreading the upcoming work week on Sunday nights. That's when I made the decision to take control of my career, go back to school, and implement a strategy to land a position that I truly loved.
Now, with over a decade of experience in progressive HR roles with an MBA Human Resource Management concentration and lots of experience helping friends and family navigate the career change process, I'm excited to help other professionals do the same!
My coaching expertise combines my personal experience navigating my own career in Corporate America along with my professional experience as an HR professional. I have reviewed thousands of resumes, conducted hundreds of interviews, and worked with numerous hiring managers. The bottom line, I know what employers are looking for and I know what candidates need to stand out in today's competitive job market.
