1.) What is career coaching?
For me, career coaching is focusing on your future and providing the necessary tools to help you get to where you want to be.
2.) Do I really need a career coach?
Even the best musicians, athletes, and titans of industry have coaches! Working with a career coach could be the right move if you're not as successful as you would like to be or just feel like something is missing from your career.
As your career coach, I'll give you a fresh and objective perspective on the current state of your professional life and use my HR knowledge and expertise to help you uncover what's holding you back from taking your career to the next level.
3.) What makes you qualified?
My education, experience, and passion! I am an HR professional with over a decade of experience in progressive HR roles within a variety of industries. I also hold an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management. I've had hundreds of career conversations with professionals just like you looking for their next step and I'm passionate about helping them get there!
4.) How much will it cost to work with you and do you offer refunds?
I have products and services to fit many budgets, with a variety of flexible payment options.
Due to the nature of the work I do, I cannot provide refunds. Coaching isn't something you can "return" or give back".
5.) What's it like to work with you?
I expect my clients to commit 100% to the process. This means participation and engagement. I don't promise to have all the answers, but the more you commit the more you'll get out of this experience.
I expect clients to keep up with all scheduled appointments and homework assignments, and most importantly, have an open and positive mindset.
6.) How is client information used? Is it confidential?
All coaching sessions, conversations, emails, questionnaires, and career action plans are strictly confidential and are not shared in any way without prior permission.
